Tap and Track



Tap and Track ($2.99) is a basic calorie counting app. It features over 80,000 food items including items from more than 400 restaurants, and does not need internet access once the app has been downloaded.

Not only can you track food calories, but you can also track calories burned and your daily weight. This app will also display your daily caloric needs based on your weight, height and age.

This app has a very nice interface that's simple to use, and let's you customize both food items as well as exercises. it comes loaded with 180 exercises and you can choose from three levels of intensity to determine the number of calories burned.

Full screen calorie and weight graphs let you keep an eye on your progress. You can view your nutritional data by day, or you can view it by whatever period you specify.
