Free Workout Plans

Looking for free workout plans? Little Black Dress Fitness Tips has a variety of free workout programs and free workout routines to choose from.

Home fitness workouts are often easier to fit into your busy schedule than a trip to the gym. So I've put together some great workout routines for women that can be done in the comfort of your own living room.

Whether you prefer strength training routines, cardio workouts, stability ball workouts, or pilates and yoga workouts, you'll find it here, and more free workout plans will be added on an ongoing basis.

Free Strength Training Routines: Strength training is the key to strong, toned muscles. You won't get big, bulky muscles from strength training. Strength training will actually help you lean out because your muscles continue to burn calories for a couple hours after you've finished your strength training workout.

The best way to split up your strength training routines is by focusing on three areas: upper body workouts, lower body workouts, and core workouts. Download your copy of Free Strength Training Routines, which includes a rotation of exercises for an upper body workout and a lower body workout, as well as a free ab workout routine.

Free Cardio Workouts: Cardio workouts are a great way to lose weight, burn calories, and get in shape - not to mention the health benefits of a strong cardiovascular system! Cardio workouts can be performed with a variety of equipment - a treadmill, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, a jump rope - or no equipment at all, just a pair of running shoes and your own two feet!

Stability Ball Workouts: Used by physical therapists for years, fitness experts quickly learned that working out with an exercise ball is a great way to get a core workout while working out all your body parts.

Pilates Workouts: Pilates workouts focus on strengthening the deep torso muscles through a variety of machine and mat exercises. Proper execution of these exercises is critical due to the emphasis placed on proper alignment of the spine and very precise breathing patterns.

Yoga Workouts: Yoga workouts typically feature a variety of "poses" that are held for an extended period of time. Looks can be deceiving; holding yoga poses requires good core strength and muscl estrength, as well as excellent focus.
