Fitness Gear
Fitness gear is like the icing on the cake. You can certainly get your workouts done without the items listed below, but they can sure make your workouts more enjoyable, more effective, and you might even look forward to your workout because you get to "play" with your new gear! In the long run, any type of fitness gear that gets you motivated to keep working out is worth the money.
